Capture.exe 设置中文后闪退

你在 Capture 内 Options 设置中文后，Capture 把配置写入 Capture.ini，但写入的是中文段名和键名，与原有英文段混杂：

第31行 [偏好设置]（中文段名）
第680-681行 字体颜色=、字体=（中文键名）
第340/420/500行 Part ֵ=RGB(…)（"值"字编码损坏成乱码 U+05B5）
Capture 下次启动解析这个中英混杂且带乱码的 ini 时，初始化失败、graceful 退出
问题根源与修复目标
导致 Capture 启动失败的根本原因在于Capture.ini文件内容混乱。该文件路径为：
C:\SPB_Data\cdssetup\OrCAD_Capture\25.1.0\Capture.ini

我们需要修复此文件，使其恢复为纯净、有效的英文配置。
