An Act of Kindness
Last semester, my classmate Li Hua sat next to me. He had trouble with learning English and often felt discouraged. Seeing this, I decided to give him a helping hand. I shared my notes with him and spent our lunch breaks explaining difficult grammar points.
After a few weeks, he made great progress and passed the exam. His happy smile filled me with joy. This experience made me realize that kindness is like sunshine. When we help others, we also warm our own hearts. Treating people with kindness not only helps them but also makes us feel valuable and happy.
