1746-NR4 SLC 500 4点RTD热电阻输入模块
1746-NR4是罗克韦尔自动化SLC 500系列中的一款4通道RTD（热电阻）输入模块，专为高精度温度测量应用而设计。该模块支持多种类型的RTD传感器，包括100Ω铂金（Pt385、Pt3916、Pt3928）、200Ω、500Ω、1000Ω铂金以及10Ω铜、120Ω镍等，同时兼容2线、3线或4线制接线方式，其中3线和4线制可有效补偿引线电阻带来的测量误差，适用于远距离温度监测。每个输入通道均可独立配置传感器类型和接线方式，灵活适应不同的现场测温需求。在性能方面，模块提供16位分辨率，精度为±0.5°C（Pt100 RTD），转换时间为每个通道275毫秒，具有出色的稳定性和抗干扰能力。模块与背板之间提供500V DC隔离，通道间隔离电压为300V DC，有效抑制共模噪声和地环路干扰，确保测量数据的准确性。背板电流消耗为5V DC时140mA和24V DC时40mA，工作温度范围为0至60℃。该模块广泛应用于石化、电力、食品加工、暖通空调等需要对温度进行精确监测和控制的工业自动化系统中，为过程控制和数据采集提供可靠的热电阻输入解决方案。
