mcp-proxy 桥接streamable http 以及stdio mcp 的工具

mcp-proxy 实现了remote mcp 与stdio 之间的互相切换，基于python 开发，对于日常测试是很值得试用下的（比如git mcp 暴露为remote 方便测试）

说明

类似的工具还是挺多的，supergateway 是一个将stdio mcp 转为remote mcp 的工具
